Hi! I’m Kalidance Humphrey, an illustrator based in Illinois with a passion for bringing overlooked moments and adventures to life through my art. My work draws from a mix of influences, including but not limited to, personal experiences, folklore, botany, and history.
In addition to illustration, I have a professional background in design. I enjoy blending illustration with design principles to create something fresh and exciting. From narrative-driven illustrations to graphic art for advertising and package design, I always look for new ways to apply my creativity!
On my free time, you might catch me rock climbing or spending time with my strange cat, Tiny. She’s the best creative companion! If I wasn’t illustrating, I’d probably dive headfirst into the world of botany or horticulture full-time.
